Being mindful in a busy world – In a world where we are constantly inundated with information, it has become imperative to learn to pause and breathe! Being mindful is a way of life and a daily habit to be incorporated into our lives to live fuller and better. This is a one hour session (offered over multiple dates) covering information on how to be mindful and to incorporate these techniques into our daily lives. Open to adults 18+; FREE. No referral needed.
